Professional Background
Before becoming a coach, I spent over 15 years working in educational settings, supporting students across a wide range of backgrounds and learning profiles.
I have worked in both low-income and affluent communities in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States, as well as in Western Europe. Across these environments, I saw the same challenges appear again and again:
Difficulty with focus and attention
Struggles with time management and planning
Challenges with writing and expressing ideas
Trouble with decision-making, follow-through, and self-advocacy
These are not issues of intelligence or motivation.
They are skills—and they can be developed.
That understanding is at the core of my coaching practice.
