Affirming Clients’ Identities

I have a long history of supporting neurodivergent people, queer people, people of color, and people with disabilities. This continues to be an important part of my work.

As a gay, neurodivergent coach, I understand how identity can shape the way we experience school, work, expectations, and even our sense of what is possible.

Many of the clients I work with have, at some point, felt misunderstood, overlooked, or asked to fit into systems that were not designed for them.

Coaching offers a different kind of space—one that is:

  • Affirming of identity

  • Attentive to individual differences

  • Focused on building approaches that actually fit

This is not separate from the work—it is central to it.

Two young men are walking hand-in-hand on the beach, facing the ocean. Both are wearing pink and orange shirts, and one has sunglasses. The scene captures a sunny day with gentle waves in the background.
