Practical, thoughtful support for people who feel capable—but stuck
I’m Travis (he/him), an executive function and ADHD coach specializing in support for neurodivergent and queer clients.
My online coaching is for those seeking practical systems, accountability, self-understanding, and sustainable growth.
I work with:
ADHD clients
AuDHD and autistic clients
LGBTQ+ and queer clients
high school students
college and graduate students
adults navigating burnout, transitions, and executive dysfunction
I support people who are capable, thoughtful, and motivated—but find themselves struggling with follow-through, organization, writing, or getting started.
My work focuses on helping clients build the skills behind those challenges in a way that is structured, collaborative, and sustainable.
You may be someone who is thoughtful, capable, and motivated—but still finds it difficult to begin tasks, stay organized, or follow through.
You may understand the material, have good ideas, or genuinely want to get things done … and still feel stuck.
Or you may be a parent trying to support your child while watching stress, avoidance, or conflict around school continue to grow.
In many cases, these challenges are not about effort or intelligence.
They are about executive function: the skills that allow us to plan, prioritize, organize, and take action.
This is where our work begins.
